This page outlines the booking, cancellation, weather, and guest policies for Finomenal Adventures Fishing Charters. By booking a trip, you agree to the terms below.
Booking Policy
All trips are subject to availability and are confirmed once scheduled through our booking system. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact and party information at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled trip. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 50–100% of the trip cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the trip.
Weather Policy
Safety is our top priority. Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
- Lightning in the area
- High winds or unsafe water conditions
- Heavy rain affecting visibility or safety
- Official weather warnings or advisories
The captain reserves the sole right to determine if conditions are safe. If a trip is canceled due to weather, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
Trip & Species Policy
Target species such as bass or crappie are not guaranteed. Fishing strategies may be adjusted based on weather, water conditions, and fish activity.
Guest Policy
Maximum guest limits must be observed for safety and comfort. The captain reserves the right to refuse service to any guest acting in an unsafe or disruptive manner.
Safety Policy
All guests must follow captain instructions at all times. Life jackets are available and may be required depending on conditions. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited onboard.
